A campaign is a message NevoChat sends on its own to a group of contacts. You choose who gets it, what it says, and when it goes out. Three ways to do it: a bulk send to a segment, a follow-up triggered by an event, or a recurring run that repeats every week or month on its own.

Bulk send

One message goes out to a whole group of contacts at once. You write it once, NevoChat delivers to each person. Every contact gets it on their usual channel — WhatsApp, Instagram, email or SMS — with no sorting on your side.

Example

A shop sends a -20% promo to the 340 clients tagged 'inactive'. Those who usually talk to you on WhatsApp get it on WhatsApp; the rest by email.

Event-triggered follow-ups

The message goes out on its own when something happens for a contact. No list to watch: as soon as the condition is met, the follow-up sends. You decide how long to wait between each step.

Cart abandoned 2h ago → WhatsApp reminder. Still no reply after 3 days → a gentle nudge. Customer's birthday → a coupon.

Scheduled & recurring automations
