AI call reception
The agent answers your business number 24 hours a day. It gives information, books an appointment in your calendar and qualifies the call before passing it on. No more missed calls, even at night or on weekends.
A dental clinic: at 9 p.m. a patient calls with a toothache. The agent offers the first free slot the next morning, books it in the calendar and sends the confirmation by SMS.
Automated outbound calls
The agent calls your contacts on its own: appointment reminders, no-show follow-ups, payment reminders, satisfaction checks. You start a campaign, it dials the numbers one after another and reports the result of each call.
The evening before, the clinic launches a campaign: the agent calls the 20 patients booked for the next day to confirm their slot. Anyone who says "no" frees up their slot automatically.

ElevenLabs voices sound like a real person, with natural intonation and pauses. You can also clone your own voice or your brand's voice, so every call keeps the same sound identity.
A garage clones its service manager's voice. When the agent calls to say a car is ready, the customer hears the voice they already know.
Call transfer & DTMF menus
When a request is beyond the agent, it hands off to a live person. You can also set up a touch-tone menu (DTMF): "press 1 for support, 2 for accounting", and the call goes to the right team.
A customer calls about a complicated complaint. The agent realizes a human is needed, announces the transfer and switches the call to the available support advisor.
Call recording & transcription
Every call is recorded and then transcribed automatically, word for word. The transcript and audio are stored on the contact's record, and everything stays viewable and searchable later.
A week later, a question comes up about a quote given over the phone. You open the contact's record, read back the transcript and find the exact figure that was given.
