The idea

Most CRMs make you type everything by hand. Here it works the other way around: the moment a customer messages you on WhatsApp, comments on Instagram or calls, NevoChat finds the right profile and enriches it. Your AI agent reads the conversation, knows who's talking and notes what matters. You open the profile and it's already there.

Custom fields, built for your business

You decide what to track. Add the fields that matter to you: "Company size", "Budget", "Birthday", "Type of property wanted"… Each field has a type (text, number, date, list) so your data stays clean.

A real-estate agency creates "Max budget", "Target neighborhood" and "Bedrooms". Every lead is filed in the right place, and in two clicks you filter those looking for a 3-bedroom under €400,000.

Fields the AI fills in mid-conversation

You choose which fields the agent is allowed to change. While it chats, it listens and notes. The customer says "we're 12 people"? The agent writes Headcount = 12, without you lifting a finger. You stay in control: sensitive fields stay read-only.

Label your contacts with tags, follow a timeline that mixes WhatsApp, calls and email in order, and attach photos or PDFs to the profile.

Per-contact flow subscriptions

Attach an automated flow to one specific person, not to everyone. The flow only runs for that contact.
