Tools & integrations
An agent that answers is good. An agent that acts is better. Plug in tools and it books appointments, sends emails, looks things up live, and connects to your own software.
Out of the box, your agent can hold a conversation. With tools, it takes action mid-chat: it opens a calendar and books a slot, emails a quote, checks an opening time on the web, or queries your stock system. You switch each tool on with a click; the agent uses it on its own when the moment calls for it.
The agent offers open slots and books the appointment straight into Google Calendar.
The four most-used tools
Google Calendar — appointment booking
The agent reads your calendar, offers the times that are still free, and saves the appointment without you lifting a finger. It can also reschedule an appointment or check availability before replying.
Example: a hair salon — the customer asks for a slot, the agent replies "Thursday 2pm or 4:30pm?", then confirms the one they pick.
Gmail actions — send and read email
The agent writes and sends an email at the right moment, attachment included, then reads the reply so it can keep the conversation going with the full picture.
Example: a shop — the agent emails the quote as a PDF, then reads the customer's reply to know whether to follow up or close the deal.
Live web search
Instead of guessing an answer, the agent looks the information up in real time during the chat: an opening time, a price, a specific fact. It replies with fresh data, not assumptions.
Example: a customer asks "are you open on July 14th?" — the agent checks and answers with the correct information.
MCP servers — your own tools
MCP is a universal plug for external tools. You connect your own software — stock system, booking software, customer database — and the agent can use it like any other tool, with no heavy development on our side.
Example: a store connects its stock system via MCP — the agent answers "3 left in size M" by checking the inventory in real time.
Your connected tools at a glance
Offers open slots and books appointments
Sends and reads email for you
Looks up current info during the chat

Also: API calls and webhooks
Custom HTTP / API calls
Need a tool that isn't on the list? The agent can call any API through an HTTP request that you describe once.
Inbound webhooks
Your other apps can send data to NevoChat in real time via a webhook — an order, a form, a payment — to trigger an action or a conversation.
Start with a single tool — often Google Calendar or Gmail — switch it on, test it in a real conversation, then add the others as your needs grow.
